Announcing the new FireGrid Map View feature for live on-scene safety monitoring!
The enhanced safety feature you’ve been waiting for is here! Part of the MSA Connected Firefighter Platform, FireGrid now includes Map View, which enhances situational awareness through live monitoring from GPS-enabled LUNAR connected devices.
FireGrid Map View provides data on your teams and devices via a map. The data provided includes:
- Estimated firefighter location outside of a structure,
- Device status,
- Personalization and team identification,
- G1 SCBA air pressure and alarm status, and
- Last known location/GPS connection lost indication.
Allowing incident commanders to view connected firefighter information in this way helps support the rapid decision-making that occurs on a constantly evolving fire ground – both during an incident, and after!
