How We Protect Your Information

Access to your personal information is restricted only to those A.J. Stone Company employees and authorized service providers who require it for business purposes. We never sell divulge your information to others.

We have developed and continue to enhance security procedures to safeguard and protect personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, copying and unauthorized use or modification. A.J. Stone Company Limited headquarters is an alarmed facility, and our “off-site” cloud data storage is secured via third party IT provider. Privacy measures include security clearances and limited file access, and technological measures such as the use of passwords and encryption. While we endeavor to protect all information, the most sensitive information receives the highest level of protection.

Accessing Your Personal Information

You have the right to ask, in writing, whether we hold any personal information about you, to see that information, and how we collect, use, or disclose such information. A.J. Stone Company Limited will take all reasonable measures to provide you with the information requested.

How to Request an Update or Correction

If you believe any of the information we have collected about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request a change, or you may contact us to update your personal information in our records, and we will make the necessary changes as appropriate.

  7. Safeguarding: Personal information will be protected by safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. A.J. Stone Company’s premises are protected by alarm and our off-site data storage is password protected via 3rd party IT provider.
  8. Openness: Employees of A.J. Stone Company Ltd. will make readily available to their customers the specific information about our policies and procedures relating to the management of their personal information.
  9. Individual Access: Upon request, an individual will be informed of the existence, use and disclosure of his or her personal information. An individual will be able to access and/or challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information, and have it amended as appropriate.
  10. Complaints and Suggestions: Individuals may forward any complaints or suggestions regarding compliance with this policy using the channels set out below.
