1. Full-coverage Stedair Prevent particulate-blocking barrier: PFAS-free protection throughout the entire hood.
2. Extra-long asymmetric length (24" front, 22" back): Provides complete chest and shoulder coverage and keeps the hood securely tucked to prevent particulate entry at the coat-to-neck interface.
3. Multi-panel design: Ensures a snug fit and proper seal with your SCBA during all head movements, even when tilted backward.
4. 2-layer hood with Stedair Prevent Clear: Lightweight, thin, and flexible for superior moisture management and thermal resistance. The viscose liner feels soft and cool on skin and offers moisture-wicking properties. Form-fitting knit comfortably conforms to head contours.
5. Heavy-duty ½" elastic at face opening: Maintains a snug fit and proper seal with your SCBA during movement; stretches for easy donning without losing shape.
6. Flatlock seams: Strong, low-profile seams for improved comfort; sewn with spun Nomex thread for durability.
