PAC II SVZ Strategic Vent Zone Hood provides the superior protection of our most popular PAC II styled hood combined with an innovative new Vent Zone which allows heat to escape without the risk of steam burn. The notched shoulder and longer length allow for a proper fit and added protection across the chest. The longer length (3 inches longer than NFPA requires) assures that this hood will stay tucked inside other required equipment.

Phoenix Dryers reduce musty odors, the build-up of bacteria, and limit the potential of cross-contamination. This is caused by the donning of damp gear. As suggested by NFPA 1581/1851, proper cleaning practices should always be followed.

Phoenix Dryers use a forced air method with optional internal heating element. This allows for more rapid drying time by the induction of constant and equal ( approx 20F above ambient) air flow through the garment. The design has allowed for a more heavy-duty industrial construction, allowing it to be portable and user friendly.

The Phoenix Dryers are very versatile. The top portion of the dryer can be removed from the base unit when cleaning or servicing are required. The durable construction allows firefighters to hang equipment safely without the risk of the apparatus tipping, or causing damage to the unit.
